Candy Corn {tree}

I saw a similar idea in Women's Day mag.  Love!
{ I switched it up slightly by adding ribbon...what?-it's a smidge different! ;) }

Best part?  I made it for $1!

DIY:
Supplies:
vase {I recycled mine}
branches {from your yard}
candy corn {$1 store}
hot glue gun

Directions:
Fill vase with floral foam {mine already had it}.
Shove branches into position in foam.
Hot glue candy corns onto branch ends. Get creative. :)
Scatter leftover candy corns to cover ugly green foam.

Note: I only used 2/3 bag of candy corn so technically this project cost me $0.75...
...which leaves the other 1/3 for YOU! ;)

    I have some branches I'm holding onto (I was going to paint them last weekend and ran out of black paint...don't you hate when that happens! LOL)

    And I've been obsessed with finding a candy corn project...so I may just have to copy you. ;)

  17. That's too cute!! Candy corn was my mom's favorite candy - she used to eat it by the color. I might need one of these in my house for Halloween!!

  21. This makes me laugh! It's such a cute idea and so cheap!!! ridiculous

    I have a few PB black Halloween branches {that I bought on sale after Halloween} that I've been using as a Halloween tree but I think I'll mix it up this year and do a candy corn tree. Love it. Thanks for linking up.

    So sweet! I love it! Good thing I don't really like the taste of candy corn - I'd be tempted to eat the decoration otherwise! ;)
