Hope you all enjoy your St. Patrick's Day... with a slice ofheaven pistachio cake!

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Mix cake according to box directions.
{We used a vanilla mix}
Add a packet of pistachio pudding.
Mix until batter is green.
Put 1/3 of batter into a separate bowl.
Add 1/2 c. chocolate syrup {or more... mmmm!}
Mix until all chocolatey :)
Pour both batters into bundt pan, alternating colors.
Blend the chocolate & pistachio to create heaven... erm, a marble-ish effect.

{we used pecans since our dad is a pecan harvester and they are always on hand!}
Serve chilled... it tastes better when it's cold.

*Frosting instructions:
Stir CoolWhip until it is soft.
Add another packet of instant pistachio pudding.
Fold pudding mix into whip.
If "frosting" gets firm too quickly, simply add milk.

Oooh- this cake has all of the best things in it! Right when I saw it, before I even read what it was I thought to myself, "I have pistachio pudding in the cupboard, I should make that today..." but I should make this cake instead! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
