Did you procrastinate neighbor gifts like I did??
No worries, here is the EASIEST recipe for the YUMMIEST treat!
Andes Chopped Mints + Ritz Crackers
Drop Ritz cracker in chocolate, flip over with fork.
Lay on wax paper (tin foil works too).
Put cookies in cellophane bag, tie on a free printable from MommybyDayCrafterbyNight and you're good to go! Neighbors will beg for the recipe, I had 2 ask me already!!
My sister-in-law Ashley suggested I make her mom's thin mint cookies since they're so easy. Her mom uses bakers chocolate and mint extract. This awesome tut by Poofy Cheeks convinced me to use the bag of mints instead. I'll be making this again and again!!
Yum! I'm all for thin mint knock-offs. Especially those with 2 ingredients. :)
