Boys dresser re-do

I have been dying to do a camouflage theme'd room for my boys since seeing it in Land of Nod, my fav childrens site for inspiration.  The original Ikea dresser I had was suddenly too long after my handy hubby built these PB knock-off beds {that's a post for another day ;)} so it was on to Craigslist and viola! the perfect dresser was purchased/redone:

To transform the dresser, you must start with a 44 oz. of Diet Coke from Circle K.  Ha ha :)  Oh yeah, and a mouse sander, paint, putty & glaze to get that fab distressed look we just ♥ so much.

You know the drill by now...
Remove pulls, putty over any excess holes, sand entire piece, add fresh non-smurf blue coat(s) of paint, sand, glaze aaaaand admire:

*These pulls got a classic bronze finish

Last step,
 put in room & accessorize:

I am loving the after of their dresser but stay tuned next week for more camo-coordinating accessories, how I painted those fun stripes on the wall & the reveal of the entire room :)
