Blingin' ballchain headband

We saw a cute headband at Claire's the other night.  The beads looked like ball chain which sparked this idea:
Pretty fun & it was free as we had everything on hand.

Ball Chain Headband Tutorial
Supplies:
scissors. 3" cream felt circle . 2" brown felt leaves . 18" ball chain .  hot glue & gun . fabric

Directions:
Step 1: Cut fabric to 24" long x 1 1/2" tall
Step 2: Fold & hot glue into flower, there in no art in this, be messy!

Step 3: Glue flower onto felt circle
Step 4: Add 3" lenghts of ball chain
Step 5: Glue 2nd row of chain onto felt
Step 6: Glue flower onto felt circle
Step 7: Cut 1 1/2" lenghts of chain, glue onto leaves
Step 8: Glue leaves to flower
Step 9: Backside shot of completed flower

Glue onto headband & EnJoY!

As always! :) When I read the header, I was thinking ball and chain like...old time prison ball and chain (you know...like the ones they wore around their ankles to keep them from escaping) and I was like, "WOW. That would make a super heavy headband. " HAHAHA! I think I must need to go to bed. My brain has already turned off!
