Onesie-to-tee tutorial

Have an extra   L   O   N   G   baby?
Me too!
I put a 6-month onesie on my 4-month old and it was too tight that it barely snapped... uuugh.
My quick fix?
Turn that snug onesie into a little tee with lots of breathing room!

Here's{seriously.SO.easy}how:
1. Cut a straight line right above the legs of the onesie.
2. Turn onesie tee inside out & hem.
{I simply sewed across with a straight stitch}
3. Admire your work.

Bonus: Smile that dressing your baby was fuss-free today :)

PS: Linky lovin' HERE!

  1. I think you're copying me... you must have noticed Elsie's lazily cut onesies (thank you pinking shears). You must have thought, "I'll just hem mine because I'm classier than Beth!" Yup. I've got you all figured out miss Kristi! *B

    PS- Don't you worry, I'll get around to hemming them. One day! ;)
